All personnel at every level of the Company who directly or indirectly possess or have access to the personal data of individuals associated with the Company's business operations, including suppliers, contractors, customers, investors, and employees, are required to take appropriate measures to prevent such personal data from being stolen, altered, damaged, destroyed, lost, or disclosed.
The Company is committed to implementing appropriate security safeguards and management measures to ensure the proper protection and maintenance of personal data files.
Personal Data Protection Management Procedures
In October 2025, the Company conducted training courses through its internal corporate e-learning platform to enhance employees' awareness and understanding of personal data protection and information security.
A total of 130 employees completed the training, achieving a participation rate of 92%.
