Supply Chain Management

Sustainable Supply Chain Management

Suppliers are essential partners in our company's operations. We are committed to fostering long-term cooperation with our suppliers and aim to establish a stable and sustainable supply chain together. In addition to ensuring the technical excellence, quality, and timely delivery of supplier products, we also encourage our suppliers to fulfill their social responsibilities, including improving health, safety, and hygiene standards, protecting the environment, and upholding labor rights. Furthermore, we emphasize risk management and business continuity planning. We conduct assessments and evaluations of our suppliers' implementation of corporate sustainability and social responsibility, while also promoting our sustainability policies and expectations regarding supplier social responsibility. We encourage suppliers to proactively engage in corporate sustainability initiatives, striving to care for employees, uphold social responsibility, and protect the environment—ultimately achieving a mutually beneficial and sustainable future.

Supply Chain Management Policy

Our company's supply chain management is guided by the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct. We have established the "Qualified External Supplier Social Responsibility Commitment Letter", requiring suppliers to fully comply with the RBA Code, as well as commitments related to labor rights, health and safety, environmental protection, business ethics, and management systems. Additionally, suppliers must adhere to local laws and continuously implement self-assessments to ensure compliance with corporate social responsibility (CSR) regulations. We expect our suppliers to align with international standards such as RBA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001, leveraging their corporate influence to promote ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) balance and sustainable development. Regarding product manufacturing, we have implemented policies such as the "Hazardous Substance Self-Declaration" and the "Conflict-Free Minerals Commitment", setting strict regulations on restricted substances and conflict minerals management. For supplier selection, our "QP-06-02 External Supplier Management Procedure" establishes a comprehensive evaluation process for new suppliers. This assessment focuses on two key aspects: quality systems and technical capabilities. We also emphasize environmental protection, health and safety, labor ethics, and management systems, requiring suppliers and contractors to make necessary improvements in these areas. Furthermore, we strictly prohibit the use of conflict metals sourced from conflict-affected regions and require our suppliers to progressively enhance their social responsibility performance, ensuring effective CSR management across the entire supply chain.
