Magnetic measurement services

Min Aik VCM laboratory was established since October, 2015.。
The major task is to simulate & measure the magnetic property and performance. We used high-end measuring instruments, combined with magnetic circuit simulation software for analysis.。

In order to have more accurate magnetic performance analysis and measurement, we phased in the advanced 3D Gauss Analyzer in September, 2016.
3D Gauss Analyzer use high-end 3-axis magnetic probe, which can capture three axial magnetic force at the same time and the same magnetic position, the relative angular error of each axis is less than 0.1 degrees, and has a temperature correction function.

This equipment is highly efficient in measuring magnetic distribution and magnetic analysis. Besides, it’s generally applied in magnets, motors,
electromechanical and other industries, etc.

We can do customized measurement and feedback measurement report rapidly to provide customers better competition. We are looking forward to cooperate with you in the future.

Measurement System of Different Temperature Characteristics of Permanent Magnet Material.
Rare earth permanent magnet (Nd-Fe-B, Sm-Co) and the general permanent magnet (ferrite, Al-Ni-Co) can use small sample to measure the demagnetization curve.
The magnetic property of hysteresis loop, Br, Hcb, Hcj, (BH) max,Hk, Hk / Hcj and other parameters of permanent magnet can be directly obtained by measuring
the demagnetization curve and hysteresis loop from room temperature to 200 ° C.
And it can calculate the remanence and coercivity of the temperature coefficient α and β.
  Characteristics of equipment
1. The measurement process is quasi-static, avoiding the eddy current field, eliminating the magnetic field and the magnetic polarization between the phase angle, the sample is uniform magnetization.。
2. Electromagnet magnetic circuit design is advanced, high field excitation。
3. High temperature measurement heating speed, temperature control accuracy ± 0.3 ℃。
